DIRECTIONS TO OUR STORE: BY TTC: By TTC we are a streetcar ride from the Queen subway station located on the Yonge-University-Spadina line. Take any of the Queen East Steetcard to EMPIRE AVE. and walk down Empire to EASTERN Avenue (approx. 300m). On Eastern Avenue make a right and look for number 400. Another option is to take the Broadview streetcar south and walk eastbound on Eastern Ave. BY CAR: Eastern avenue is located between the Gardiner and Queen Street East, and runs east from Parliament Street and West of Coxwell Avenue. FROM THE GARDINER EXPY (going eastbound): Take the Gardiner to the JARVIS Street exit. Merge onto Jarvis St. N. Turn RIGHT onto FRONT ST. E. After Parliament Front St. turns into EASTERN AVE. Bustan is located across the steet from the new Avenue Road Furniture Store. FROM LAKESHORE (going westbound): Take Lakeshore to CARLAW Street exit. Turn right onto Carlaw St. N. and then Turn LEFT onto EASTERN AVE. Bustan is located between Carlaw and Broadview. FROM THE DON VALLEY PARKWAY: Take the DVP South to the RICHMOND Street exit. Merge to the left lane in order to get to onto Eastern Avenue. Drive under the bridge and Pass the Cherry St. traffic light. Make a U TURN and drive east until you see 400 Eastern to your left. As you are coming down Eastern Ave., keep your speed limit at 50 km/hr as it is often enforced. PARKING FREE PARKING is available at the Eastern 400 Plaza.
